On October 24, 2008, Lender's Choice Title Company ("Lender's Choice Title") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of title 11, U.S.C. in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado (the "Bankruptcy Court"). Lender's Choice Title is a direct subsidiary of Mercury Companies, Inc. ("Mercury"). On August 28, 2008, Mercury also filed voluntary Chapter 11 petition. The Lender's Choice Title bankruptcy case is jointly administered with the Mercury bankruptcy case.

Pursuant to an order dated November 13, 2008, the Bankruptcy Court set January 30, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. Prevailing Mountain Time as the last date for filing claims against Lender's Choice Title for any debt arising prior to October 24, 2008. A signed, original, completed proof of claim, together with any supporting documentation, should be delivered to The Garden City Group, Inc. (the "Claims Agent") at the following address:

Proofs of claim submitted by facsimile or e-mail will not be accepted and will not be deemed filed until the original proof of claim is submitted by one of the methods described above. Proofs of claim will be deemed filed only when actually received by the Claims Agent.
